Does accutane really stunt growth?

Ive seen studies that say it does and also that it doesn't. Some people have told me the same mixed opinion. Which is true? 4 months in, 3-4 more

Isotretinoin Shows No Effect on Final Adult Height

A population-based cohort study found that that isotretinoin slows adolescent height velocity but is not associated with shorter final adult height.

No studies have found a real relationship between isotretinoin and premature growth plate closure at a large scale. To my knowldge the FDA has only received at most a couple of hundred isolated case reports of premature epiphyseal fusion due to Accutane use. For reference, over 500k people take Accutane in the USA. Furthermore, in the case reports, most cases of premature growth plate closure were due to long-term megadosing.

In only taking 60 mg a day so i should be fine
