accutane does shrink ur nose in some cases as i reduces size of glands even isocortisine has the same properties and i would assume tey go off when u stop as the effects of reduced gland and pore size are also reverted

It's different from person to person, for most its permanent but there are still a few people out there that only have the effect for a couple years before having to hop on another cycle of accutane
