Does acne come back with accutane?

I started taking accutane a few weeks ago and i just want to know if it could come back or no as ive heard some people say it did

yeah i had the same worry when starting accutane, was paranoid about breakouts coming back. But my skin's been clear for over a year now and haven't had any major issues since. fingers crossed it stays that way!
