does acne really affect attractiveness?

obviously everybody knows that having clear skin is better than having acne but from what i've seen in other people it is obviously a change but if a person is already above average and gets acne i don't really stop thinking they're good looking, im not sure if that's just me since i have really bad acne and i don't find people with acne unnatractive so i just wanna see somebody else's point of view

i'm mtn and to be fair my skin is pretty bad and i have seen a change in how much women i get from when i didn't have too much acne also will vaping make it even worse

acne is inflammation of the skin which can puff up your face, plus people associate discoloration in the skin with ugliness (with the exception of freckles)

Yes alot, people usually think that the ones with acne has bad hygiene. So having clear skin shows that u have good hygiene -> higher SMV
