Adapalene is more of a prevention retinoid, you’ll see mid results in 2 months, but ur derm just wanna sees how much u can improve without accutane before he prescribes u

you can try queratal from tiktok, its shitty but its real tretinoin imported from mexico and dropshipped on tiktok cuz they suck at regulating what they sell there
