yea when i was on elvanse i was so happy all the time and felt like i could speak to anyone + was more confident but i also dont have adhd

If you mean like Ritalin and stuff, for me it didn’t work for that, just gives more focus.

Yes, just be careful with tolerances, do it twice a week AT MOST, once on a night out, and once a day that you deem important (a day where you organize the night out, maybe ask someone out bla bla, not every day is important)
