Might be one of the dumbest questions but I wanna lose fat before school starts. Basically I’m eating 2500 calories and walking till I burn 800 calories on the treadmill im still getting 1g of protein per lb daily and working out. Only for around 3-4 weeks btw thanks.

Yes, yes it does. Your body needs to be in a surplus to grow

Me personally im gonna cut 1000 cals a day for a month to ascend to 10% body fat once i end my peptide cycle, if u were to cut i would do that. U wont grow at all that month but u can lose like 10 lbs fat

Yeah I’m getting hgh perscribed soon prob like October so I’m tryna get lean rn I didn’t wanna cut too many calories from my intake just incase

If youre still in growing age you should be eating an anabolic diet with good habits for bone development then once your bones are done growing cut.
