Does an "Ideal" IPD exist? if so, what is it?

i have no idea how to measure IPD, i tried doing it and fucking stabbed myself in the eye lmaooo

IPD legit doesn't matter unless sub 60mm or over 69mm

It's all about your ESR, if you have shit narrow IPD but perfect ESR(0.46) then your skull has to be narrow asf

Vice versa if you have wide IPD

IPD ~ 65mm
ESR is around 0.46-0.47

but i feel my eyes are close set, lens distortion maybe??
