As Tate came to jail a doctor in jail checked him out. He found a knot in his lung and Tate was taken to hospital immediately. Now it has been leaked that it is not looking good for Tate but they won't say whether the knot is lung cancer or something harmless.

It could be that Tate and his lawyer are making his situation seem worse than it is in an attempt to get him out of jail.
It could also be that Tate actually has cancer.

Which one do you think it is?

If he has cancer it would be fucked up for him to be in jail where he can not get treatment despite having all the money in the world to pay the best surgeons possible.
