How do u know that i too breath from nose during the whole day but im not sure if i do at night

no i tape my mouth shut because i dont know if i do but when i dont tape i wake up with mouth closed

Ngl sometimes I felt like I was breathing through my nose all the time but I woke up one day found out I mouth breathed all night it made me almost go ER
