does any orthodontic or dentist stuff build zygos?

my zygos are basically non-existent and idk what to do because I can't pin yet so please help

i mean there's always bonemashing, but it's not viable, and just creates scar tissue, surgical implants, and no matter what u pin it wont give u bonemass dawg nothing for orthodontic and dental though sadly. marpe might make your zygos look better though, so see if you're eligible.
