Does any type of hair grwoth medication (minoxidl, dut, fin) create new hair folicles or stengthen already existing ones?

Creating new ones, if memory serves me right, is impossible. If your erector pili muscles show signs of inactivity, then it's safe to assume that the Norwood reaper got ya! A transplant would be the next best option. Min only promotes growth, Fin makes sure that growth isn't lost as it tackles the root cause (i.e DHT sensitivity in the scalp or high DHT in general). Dut is just stronger Fin but apparently also targets Type-II 5-ar enzyme and inhibits it. Whereas Fin only targets Type-I. I am on Fin myself.
