i was fat, barely obese even, but now after losing all that weight some time ago and maintaining a normal bw while still leaning out and building muscle, i do, it just seems so disgusting to me on how can a person do that and get themselfs to that state, its like they are not self aware at all, i dont even know how a year ago i could look like i looked like, and what makes it even worse that its not only disgusting but i also imagine the fucking feeling of just being so goddamn fat that every part of your body is so much fucking bigger cause of it, for example to the point where we can see your stomach stretch your shirt, or having legs so big they fucking rub against themselfs
