Does anybody else have a scratching addiction

Whenever i notice a scar/acne of mine i cant help but scratch the fuck out of it
Scratching scabs from them is so satisfying
Its apparently considered a self harm for some reason but the pain is minimal as fuck and is not the thing that gives satisfaction to me really

Only self harm if you do it for the pain i do this too but just for the satisfaction of removing it
