Does anybody else randomly fluctuate in social skills

Some days I’m really timid and can’t talk without speaking weird and other days I have much more confidence and end up speaking with a deeper and more relaxed tone

And sometimes when people ask me stuff out of the blue I talk in a robotic way but other times I flow more naturally

When I get really engaged in a conversation in real life I can sound argumentative if the person doesn't know me, which ruins the vibe for them but to me it's really natural and the dots don't connect in my mind. If I know the person we'll just laugh together.
