I have no trouble taking pills abroad with me, just put the pills in a plastic bag and it should be fine. If you want to be extra cautious throw in another plastic bag in the original one and fill it with basic supplements, e.g magnesium, fish oil, l-argine, just stuff that is casual, but make sure to have a distinct difference between the two.
