Does anybody know how to decrease/heal stretchmarks?

I have gotten a few big stretchmarks on my chest going down to the shoulder due to rapid gain of muscle over the past 2 years, I'd like to get them removed/healed somehow without surgery? Does anybody know something that works?

very hard to remove them then. consult with not shitty dermatologist but i think same strat with tretinol
