Does anybody know how to grow torso

I'm 5'9'' barefoot but like 90% legs. Genuinely shorter than some 5'3'' mfs sitting down. If I had a long torso I'd be around 6'4''. I need it badly because I'm homeless and height and frame is extremely practical as larger clothes = larger pockets to store shit in. If i grew to 6'4'' in just torso i would have normal proportions and I could be able to store a pizza box in an anorak jacket which would be a huge help

What kind of gated community are you from where any of that is weird? I've literally just been told a guy my age that I knew back in my teens literally died from an overdose in a hotel room next to a Chinese prostitute last month and you can't imagine a homeless person or prisoner? I wish I were as gifted as you.
