I came across this "height increasing method" which involves sleepstretching , i.e stretching your back for 8hours straight while sleeping , after researching how to set this thing up , the only thing i found was this russian guy explaining the method , but the video was low quality and i couldn't really tell what he was doing , does anybody here know how to set this thing up , i read some stories about people gaining up to 3 inches using this method in only a couple of months.
