I think we live in the past too much
That’s what causes these fleeting years

We have to start living in the present

And I think the idea of thinking/reflecting invites more on the past because your thought is expressed through past experiences/interactions of yours
Whereas action helps us live in the present

Ever since Covid, people have had limited action.

I’ve noticed people start to reflect more post-Covid too, but we have to step out of these bounds we were placed in (back in 2020-21), if we are to live in the present and/or stop living in the past/future
