Does anyone else actively seek out being called ugly?

It’s not like I WANT to be ugly, but something about hearing it from someone else just feels so satisfying. No, it’s not a fetish… obviously, otherwise I wouldn’t post it. I always ask questions that make it sound like I’m fishing for compliments, but I genuinely get upset when whoever I’m asking doesn’t tell me I’m ugly. It’s not that I care if they’re lying, I just want to hear that I’m ugly. I don’t really know how to explain it, but anyone else??

it confirms the reason your life sucks is your looks and gives you a reason to blame all yout problems on that. whenever people compliment me i feel like a fraud idk how to explain it
