Does anyone else besides me direct red light towards their balls?

I am writting this as this 15 year old infrared light lamp that I took from my mom (she got it from a family member back in the day) is directed towards my balls, I am holding my shaft up (put it in between my thighs so it can’t fall on the balls, maximum exposure).

I do it for 10 minutes on the balls and 10-15 on the face.

Apparently this is supposed to raise my T levels by 300% for a while.
Been doing redlight therapy for my face for about 1 week now and on balls 3 days. Does anyone else do it and if so did you notice any benefits such as more energy etc?

I did do it a few times (no joke) I found that it made me more “happy” afterwards and I think I did have more energy but it was also this “calm” kind of energy lmao.

Only did it for 5 minutes max out in the sun cus I was kinda high inhib that someone will see me

Also i have a big phone and long arms so i usually extend my arms fully, past my sack, when on my phone in bed... that way my nuts can be exposed to the screens light.
