Does anyone else despise talking on phone?

I like texting or meeting in person and doing stuff together, phone calls are the worst, their is something deceptive about them, you can't see the expressions or emotions of the other person, and you can't express your own emotions with nody language or facial expressions, it just feels awkward and body language just helps me alot in talking naturally with a person, without forced convo, or unnatural silence. I find it just harder to keep a natural convo going through a phone call

Yeah this is what i meant, like a natural convo can get going without it being forced in person cause body language and facial expressions is super important for communicating, it just feels to formal on phone
