Does anyone else feel completely disconnected from their body

Like I feel as if im just my brain inside my flesh suit and my body is just a machine or like im just observing a plant growing and changing but I am the plant and theres nothing I can do to change it ive felt this way for quite awhile I think it's depersonization from smoking Marijuana from a young age like I was spawned in my body and my mind is completely different from my looks and genes I dont know how to put it into words exactly
