Does anyone else feel like the oral minox from sigma Audrey/bg pharma is bunk?

I remember when I took 5mg of prescribed minox I got heart palpitations but I take 10mg of sigma Audley minox and nothing is happening which is good but at the same time I don’t know if its actually working for hair growth if that’s the case. I’ve seen growth in my beard and brows and maybe lashes but that could be from the topical minoxidil and the MSM I’m megadosing so not sure.
