Does anyone else feel like their chin doesn’t change or gets a little recessed after bonesmashing? I was bonesmashing for an hour and I looked at my chin it was not projected at all if anything maybe a little more recessed, but when I felt it, it did have inflammation, anyone know what im doing wrong?

Because I wanted more but I started noticing there was not change which is why I stopped after an hour, should I be doing less than 15 minutes?

Do you genuinley believe you’ll see results after one 1 hour bs session? It should last max 10 minutes every day for the next few months

if you're not willing to do research and find the proper way to bonesmash then don't do it at all.
its not the kind of thing you do for your recessed chin as an easy fix

I mean ofc the results won't appear that fast , but no need for a whole hour ig , 10-20 minutes arw good

I never thought I was gonna get results after a one hour session I was just asking why my chin started looking a little more recessed after bonesmashing because this has been happening recently and its never happened to me before and I’ve been bonesmashing consistency for about 4 months but thanks for the advice
