Does anyone else find irl conversations to be extremely tedious?

Not to sound like an r/athiesm mod but when conversing with 'normies' I feel like I'm going on a constant merry go round of monotonous spew. I recently moved to a new city, with the preconceived idea that the people here would be different or the conversations/socialising would differ but it's the exact same. Like it's gotten to the point where I find myself rehashing identical conversations that I've had prior with completely different people, same topics, same words, same order of sentences, same reaction from both parties.

Potentially I just suck at talking to people but does anyone else feel like socialising in general is a massive waste of time?

Even 'deep' conversations seem like a complete waste of time. When people have deep conversations is just entails the meaning of existence, emotions or whatever. I'd much rather get on with my day than converse about random nonsensical shit srs
