Does anyone else find it insecure to eat food in public

I most of the time make a mess
I am brain damaged neurotic , so my hand and body movement are uncontrollable,
I spill the water/cold drink glass
I can't hold food properly cuz my hand is shaking
Neither can i properly put it in my mouth
, I make a alot of noice with chair and table etc, and step on people feet, or push them
, I almost once pushed a guy, carring his burger King meal in a tray on his way to his table
Also looked awkard when I was eating next to a light skin teen girl

, and i am always scared if someone esp a girl is starring at me
Or if I am looking to bloated n fat while chewing, I am always shivering when I chew
Literall anxiety strikes, I always look down when I eat in public

Just remember that no one is looking at you anyway because you aren't attractive. I eventually accepted this and now I don't give a shit even if there's a group of teenagers eating next to me.

i got bullied hard for this back when i was 14 years old, it was so traumatic

now it's fixed but i still have trauma for it

until my best friend showed me how to really eat properly and not make ppl laugh at me

I used to order subway meatball marinara and eat in front of girls and that shit is messy as fuck.

No one is that bothered about it.
Just live your life.
