Does anyone else get paranoid about saying or doing some crazy while sleeping

Imagine you accidentally confess to something that isn't even true. Sleep walking/moving is even Scarier. What happens if your sleeping in the same bed with a woman and you accidentally "sexually assault" with out you even knowing.
Scary shit luckily I'm incel so I dont need to worry about that second bit

I remember when I was younger on a school trip I accidentally laid down on someone's bed and when back to sleep while sleep walking.

I used to sleep walk ridiculously as a child. They even recorded me and I had full conversations that I don’t recall.
