Everyone is autistically screaming how bad sun is for the skin, while me and plenty of other people have noticed it can actually improve it: during summer any body acne disappears, skin gets a healthy glow, my mood also improves, if I have a cold or a stuffed nose I'm literally cured in several hours of staying at the beach - besides the sun, it might also be the fresh air and sea water who helps in cleaning my nose and skin...
Most people in reality don't get enough sun light, they sit inside all day staring at screens, don't let the anti-sun propaganda get to you!
