Does anyone else get weird welts/swelling when hittings gonions

ive been hitting my gonions for like a month and have a welt / bump on the gonion/masseter when i hit i still hear and feel the knocking and its giving me the apperence of bigger gonions but when i feel the bone i feel no fibrosis or hardening like on my mandible

bonesmahing is mostly cope just makes the soft tissue thicker and makes a temp swelling also zygos are the only ''safe'' zone for that
