yea but i cant pop it i think its milia which is plugged keratin since it doesnt behave like normal acne its almost like it became a part of my normal skin been there for 3 years

You can get cosmetic removal , have you tried retin-a?

yea but retin a gives me gay glow but doesnt remove acne completely its still the best thing ive tried tho by far but yea i need to visit a good derma as the last one i visited just gave an accutane prescription which is poisoon imo
