Does anyone else have deformed lips

Huge failo, mouth corners are downturned. It looks so subhuman

I'll try to fix it after my transplant next month. Not sure it can be done. I feel like I need a massive lower facelift to fix it lol.
I guess there's also fillers, and then there's a 'corner lip lift', but with surgery like that i think there's possibilities of it looking very strange if you get unlucky
