sometimes I have terrible nightmares where I am stabbed or shot, tortured even, I can feel every second, its like one of Itachi's genjutsu from Naruto if u know that show

Last night, it was legit horrific, I was laying in the bed in my dream, and my jaw was dislocated in the dream. I couldn't put it back to normal, It hurt. So fucking bad, I could feel it. in dream I reached up and tried to set my jaw to normal, never had a dream this bad since childhood.

Certainly never one this, real.

Ok I actually forgot to answer this, but if you take certain drugs or are an insomniac, either of these could be the cause of your nightmares.

I’ve almost never had a nightmare only like a few times if and I fr them more often when taking melatonin but still rare

Super vivid.

The emotions I felt in that moment were so real, like I was genuinely so disgusted with myself.

My nightmares are of demons and uncanny terror that cannot be articulated. Almost like being transported to another dimension. Accompanied by an ugly sadness that I've never felt while awake. Think of sleep paralysis times 50 in terms of pure hopeless terror. As I get older they become less frequent though. I think it's been more than 10 years since I've had one of those.

Last time i dreamed was killing a baby goat, killing him, and them the mom of the baby goat started running after me so i js climbed a rock in the middle of the road, the dumbass goat crashed into the rock and died, and then i started hearing aliens coming to the earth in the form of pyramides and they started trying to absorb me because i killed the goat, and the goat was actually a infiltrated alien and i destroyed their infiltrating plan so they decided to do a revenge.

After that a plane crashed into the pyramid floating in the sky, but one of the aliens survived so we started wrestling and i killed the alien, after that i saw a huge tsunami coming up to me and when the tsunami was like 10 m away from me i waked up
