Nah I didn't do anything arms related today but I was spamming weighted pullups and I didn't have my lifting straps so maybe that's why

I did when i used to go to the gym a couple of years ago, i suppose curls triggered an injury that i already had from when i was a kid (fell on my back over my hand and it bended all the way back it was brootal)

since i left the gym no more pain
