I’d go more by life experiences than any visual PSL type scale. But even then I’ve had both life experiences that I’d think only a sub5 would have, but also some that only an 8+ Chad would have. So I’ve stopped believing in any linear rating system.

Yeah I usually get rated a 5-5.25 on average. I got rated a 5.75 once when I was sub 12% body fat

I think the more unique you look, the more mixed reactions you’ll get. Whereas someone who looks like a regular example of something is easier to rate objectively.
