from what ive studied ive acknowledge that you get it because of ur parents not showing u a lot of affection when u were younger, is that the case for u?

kinda, my parents usally never hugged me or said they loved me, but they showed their affections in other ways.

I used to be like that too

All you need to is caring even if you lost feelings , and put yourself in serious situations as much as you can , so you be used to it
and your emotions doesn't vanish.

i start high school after summer im so hyped (we start it at 16 here in sweden)

i only have stuff i like aswell, history, politics, philosophy, physcology etc
