I do, I can’t hear it most of the time like if someone’s talking or something. But if the room is quiet I hear it. I recommend getting a fan in your room to sleep. Sometimes the ringing in my ear makes me zone out and feel like I’m not real. (Which I like lol).
It’s not so bad but I hope mine doesn’t get much worse. Hopefully there will be a surgery in the future.

I already sleep with a fan but tbh sometimes it doesn’t work
