Does anyone else look deformed after genioplasty?

I have deformed step off now , i prefer much more how i looked before , now i have to cope with fillers permanently or deform my face even more with implants in attempt to fix it

Was you genioplasty focussed on vertical height?

Look into fat graft or filler - pretty easy way to fix it but don't bother with mandibular contour surgeries like shaving or using silicone implants to fix the notch

i will use fillers but still this is so underrated ,it's insane to me
