Why do when south asians try to take photos with tourists , comments are always like "be safe girl" "could'nt be me" but when an African Person does that it's curiosity

In terms of safety almost all of the countries with the highest rape rates are black , but why does no one callout that? and just pull out countries like India or Pakistan even if they are not mentioned.

I've seen this mostly on tiktok , even if a person from a south asian country does something good or a tourist has a positive impression , people try their best to find out the negatives even from a 1 min video
