does anyone else periodically oscillate between gymcel and lean-is-law

The end of winter and general life happenings recently have really made me wanna leanmaxx and care less about mass

Tbh I really didn’t gain much smv at all going from borderline malnourished to bulked (20-25%ish) and with some muscle. But now that I’m getting incrementally leaner, I’m constantly getting noticeable increases in IOIs and improved treatment from foids just from leaning out a bit and some softmaxxing its crazy

Its kind of a matter of leaning into my strengths too because I just don’t have the frame (twink wrists/ankles), dimo and archetype to be an ogre and twinkmaxxing seems to give me the most attention from foids jfl
