I wish I dreamt more often because I usually like it. But if I go a week without dreaming, that's not uncommon at all.

I know you technically dream every night but I'm talking about EXPERIENCING the dream. As in like watching the dream if that makes sense.

If you got tips on encouraging dreaming I'm all ears. Deeper than just saying "i'm gonn dream" before getting into bed ofc.

Recently, I've been having extremely vivid and borderline lucid dreams. No idea why. I don't encourage drug use, but when I was pothead loser, weed used to give me the most realistic and vivid dreams I've ever had. There's a couple of tricks like hanging your hand above your pillow and forcefully pinching your fingers together, then when you start to drift off, you let go, pinch again, and eventually begin training yourself to stay conscious while unconscious. Whether or not it works, I couldn't say.

I have had 2 dreams back to back of a girl I used to go to middle school and high school with, she always kinda liked me but I never felt like shooting my shot. Now I keep dreaming of being in a relationship with her. It's a nice break from dreaming about the random wacky incomprehensible shit I normally dream of.

i walked in & he had a red jacket on & he was making music in a closet & he had a girl in his house

i swear bro i said whats up x & fist bumped him & he said whats up bro & smiled

i’ve been trying to see x in my dreams since 2018

I remember doing this with my brother years back when those lucid dream tutorials were big on YouTube. You have to meditate for around 5 mins before bed, then record whatever you can. It does actually work, I only experienced a sliver of it, but if I stayed on track I could probably dream of whatever I wanted.

Sometimes I’ll have a dream then think about it, then have another dream next night and then it stops, I think If you focus on them, think about dreaming more then your brain is more active during the sleep so you notice them

whenever i dream it's not even a dream, it's like a nightmare because i always want to rope afterwards (i.e. a dream about my oneitis)

hence why i voluntarily induce insomnia in myself
