Does anyone else regret not eating?

I feel like I barely escaped hell since I started eating almost strictly red meat and other things of that sort. I think 12-15 I was actually absolutely subhuman. I at least lucked out and I got a really good frame (genetics) I maybe on a great day reach Mmtn. I’m just so glad I escaped sub hell while there was still time
