Does anyone else see themselves in the mirror at the gym and then get so sad that they immediately go home?

Happens to me so often. I see how subhuman I am and just give up mid-set.

Gym lights are giga brutal towards me in the mirror when I’m at a distance. Have to get close just to make sure I’m not deformed like they make me out to be.
