Does anyone else sometimes see things that arent there?

I dont know if most people get this, but I feel like often I'll be chilling and see some person run past me in the corner of my eye, than I'll look and see nothing and it will happen again. Like even just while writing this i felt like I saw a face peaking around the corner? But its not like straight up delusions more like mild. Should this be a cause of concern? Not joking.
