does anyone else suffer from lateral pelvic tilt?

if you didn’t know this is what it is me and my brother suffer from it but me worse off

this gives a really asymmetrical look and it also tilts my face too making it look slanted because of the connections in the body

i was wondering is this fixable natty or surgery only
