Does anyone else wonder if they are doing enough?

I have what I think is the most comprehensive looksmaxxing routine that I follow. It covers gym, face, heightmaxxing, nutrition, skin, hair, surgery, etc. Yet I find myself thinking I should be doing more. I am starting to rationalize this by thinking of the 80/20 rule where 80% of your results will be from 20% of your actions, meaning focusing on just the important aspects of looksmaxxing.

Maybe success is actually just the result of doing a normal amount of self improvement actions over a long period of time, as opposed to going aspie mode and doing everything possible and obsessing over things that wont give significant results.

Yes I do ( I’m not going for surgery’s for example) also I think the 20% that gives u the 80% of result is just fixing your failos

Healthy diet, wash face first thing in morning, cum mask twice weekly, Retin A, sunscreen when sun is bad (mainly during summer), and maybe will get fillers to manage nasiolabial folds if they get bad in years to come.
