Does anyone feel sorry for bad looking people?

I went to a restaurant today with a couple normie friends. Behind us there is this fat guy who is clearly retarded and I just see them laughing at him when he is just trying to enjoy a meal on his 18th Birthday, sure could he become less fat? Yh of course, however the fact that people just have no moral decency and just feel they have the right to laugh at people like that. Around 20 minutes later, I look and see this skinny Indian and this chubby Chinese guy that both look like geeks and I just get a feeling that there life is going to be hell and normies will constantly judge them for it. I understand everyone subconsciously judges people for their looks, however what I despise is when normies try to act like they have a sense of moral decency. Instead of taking to steps to understand how much they subconsciously judge people and try to change that they instead larp having moral decency. TL;DR life is brotal bhai

I don't think there's somebody who doesnt feel bad for them. Everyone has a heart, and empathy is a thing
However i do feel like people like the "chubby chinese guy" should work on bettering themselves instead of waiting on society to accept them as who they are.
