Does anyone have a facial structure so cooked it feels physically uncomfortable?

Before I hit puberty especially due to my lack of bonemass in my jaws, I had a bad double chin while being unhealthily skinny and it was such a weird feeling in my face, like I was making expressions I didnt want to make cuz no amount of jutting or frauding would compensate for my lack of structure. Has anyone else felt this before?

you are deformed and if its as if you are describing you need surgery not only for aesthetic but for health reasons

My jaw is assymetrical, way too wide for my face and my gonions look too outward. Makes me look like almost a pyramid from the front. It should have been an inverted triangle. I can only look normal from the sides.
