I just need a simple one. I can give you the main points of focus:

- Frame
- Improving posture (so this should include stretches for the front)
- Overall fitness

That's it super simple, Anyone want to come up with something, maybe post it here publicly it could help other lazy adhd people like me. Alternatively you can DM me and I can give you ultra specifics.

Everyone should start with the Reddit PPL (if you can go 6 days a week) program and educate themselves from there.

I think starting out with PPL will educate you the most on all the different types of movements you can do in the shortest time possible.

Reddit PPL and stretch your chest and front delts every day for better posture!
